Account Security

Passwords are stored using one-way hashing. Sensitive fields like payment identifiers are encrypted at rest. Any login from an unrecognised device triggers an email alert to your registered address so you can act immediately if it was not you.

Data Retention

Active session logs are kept for 90 days. Transaction data linked to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe payments is held for the duration required under applicable Indian financial regulation. Once your account is closed, profile data is purged within 60 days unless a legal hold applies.

Your Access Rights

You can request a full export of the data we hold about you at any time. The export is delivered to your registered email within five working days and covers all profile, transaction and communication records we have on file.

Third-Party Sharing

We share data with payment processors — UPI rails, Paytm and PhonePe infrastructure — only to the extent needed to complete your transaction. No data is passed to advertisers, data brokers or analytics resellers, ever.

We collect your name, email, mobile number, date of birth and a payment identifier — your UPI handle, Paytm-linked number or PhonePe account. KYC documents are requested only where local law requires them for identity verification.

Payment identifiers are used solely to process deposits and withdrawals and to match transactions to the correct account. This data is encrypted at rest and is never shared with advertisers or analytics platforms outside of our payment processor partners.

Yes. Submit a data export request through the Security and Privacy section of your account settings or email [email protected]. We deliver the full export to your registered email within five working days.

Profile and preference data is deleted within 60 days of account closure. Transaction records linked to UPI, Paytm and PhonePe payments are retained for the period required under applicable Indian financial regulations, then permanently removed.
